Once we have finalized the details for your event you will be issued a detailed invoice. Full payment is required upon receipt of your invoice to secure services. Should you need to cancel I offer a 50% refund if request is made 30-days or more prior to your event. If you request to cancel less than 30-days before your event no refund is issued but you will have the option to reschedule for another date subject to availability. If I have to cancel your booking, I will issue a 100% refund. Should weather disrupt your event you will have the option to reschedule for another date subject to availability. I arrive 30-minutes before start time to set up, and stop spinning exactly at the end time we agreed even if guests are still waiting in line. If available, you can add additional spinning time at any point during your event using a credit or debit card. The $199/hr catering service fee includes The Table, Attendee, Paper Cones, 4 Sugar Flavors, and unlimited spinning for the hour, and 10-miles of travel each way. Additional products and services will incur an additional fee. For formal events, you may request that I wear a white shirt and tie whilst spinning.
